Police located the victim after responding to a call of shots fired in the area. This December 25th will mark the ten year anniversary of Mr. Mata’s death.     DENTON – Notified June 27, 2023, four local stu- dents were awarded schol- arships by the North Texas State Fair Association for the 2023-2024 school year.
